Sentral

Sentral is the main portal for parents at LLV. Its functions and uses for parents include:
- Logging attendance and absences
- Receiving communication about school events and excursions
- Reading newsfeed items and correspondence from staff
Canvas

Canvas is the digital learning management system used on a daily basis in classes at LLV. Teachers upload lesson plans, resources, and assignments to Canvas for students to access in their day-to-day learning. As a parent, you have access to view these learning materials to keep up-to-date with your child's learning and progress.
Octopus
Explore the guide to using Octopus here.
Assessment criteria and outcomes are logged through a dashboard called Octopus.
Octopus is frequently updated by teachers throughout the school year, providing a live and continuous picture of student progress rather than a single summative report.
The report also displays assessment of learning characteristics, NAPLAN results, student reflections, and goal-setting.
